All returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase and will be issued in the form of store credit/a gift card. Items are not eligible for returns after 7 days.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered and with original tags still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup/deodorant or other stains, your return WILL NOT be accepted.
To initiate a return, email email@example.com with your receipt, reason for return, and photos of the items that display original tag.
Once received, a return address will be provided.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Once your return is received, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your return. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit ONLY. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your original receipt, original tags, and clear photos of the damage.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns.
